The Director, Portfolio Management leads the portfolio planning process, develops and maintains the information architecture for portfolio management, and partners with Finance and operating organization leaders to connect strategic priorities, operating plans, and resource allocation. The role also involves maintaining and evolving operating frameworks, decision rights, authority matrices, and playbooks that clarify how Mozilla.org and portfolio organizations work together. The Director, Portfolio Management serves as a strategic and operational partner to the COO and broader Mozilla.org leadership team, designing and facilitating portfolio-level operating forums and working sessions.
