We collect as little information as possible. Most of it is information you choose to provide so the job board can work.
What we collect
Listing and employer account details, newsletter subscription details, payment records, applications submitted through the board, and limited usage and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
To publish and manage listings, provide employer access, process payments, make applications available to the relevant employer, send requested emails, measure use, and prevent abuse.
Who receives it
Applications submitted here are available to the employer who posted the role. Service providers may process data for hosting, analytics, email, and payments. If a listing sends you to another site, that site's privacy practices apply. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and questions
Our copy of an application is scheduled for deletion 30 days after the employer first views it. Employers may download a copy and are responsible for their own retention. We keep other records only as long as needed for the service, security, and legal obligations. For access or deletion questions, contact us.
