Posting rules
Listings that break them may be removed without a refund.
One real job per listing
The role must exist and be open. No talent pools, no “always hiring,” and no listings that collect applications for a job you might post later.
Say what it pays
A pay range is required. “Competitive” is not a range. If pay depends on location, post the range for the location where you are hiring.
Be the employer or their recruiter
Agencies may post, but must name the hiring company in the listing. No listings that hide who the work is for.
No fees to the applicant
Nothing that asks an applicant to pay for training, equipment, background checks, or a place in a queue.
No discrimination
No requirements based on protected characteristics, and no coded stand-ins for them.
Applications go to a human
Whether you collect applications here or send them elsewhere, someone must read them. Listings that route to an unattended address or broken link are removed.
